Rocket Factory 2 – Rocket building workshop. An exciting activity that gives students the opportunity to take on the role of rocket scientist for the day. Rocket Factory 2 provides students with the necessary materials and resources to build and safely launch a number of flying model rockets that are powered by real rocket fuel. This activity can be carried out either in groups (pairs is ideal) or by individual students to create a truly unique learning experience. The rockets are launched electronically via remote control, travel hundreds of metres into the air and then return safely via parachute. Rocket Factory 2 classroom and launch activities are supervised by qualified personnel. Two sessions per day (per Starchaser staff member).
