Search Tips

Please consider the following ways to find the right scheme for your needs:

1. Use the filters on the right hand navigation to refine your search results. You will see the filters are added above the search results. To clear the filters click the blue "Clear all filters" link in the top right of the search results page. To close an individual filter click on the "x" next to the filter on the right hand side

2. Choose multiple filters to refine your search futher

3. Use the keyword search box in the top right to search using specific keywords across all the schemes on the directories site. This search only searches across the schemes and not the rest of the site.

4. You can use a combination of the keyword search and the filters

5. To search "Free" schemes only, check the box below the keyword search box

6. To search by an LEA, first pick your region in the right hand filters under "Geographic Availability" and then the relevant LEA's will appear below the region

7. To review a glossary of all the icons click on the "Icon Glossary" on the left hand navigation from the search results page

8. To view what a specific icon stands for roll-over the icon and a explanation will appear
